- With this option, a Physical Therapist will provide you with a clinician-contractor minded evaluation of your home and identify areas for potential hazards/fall risk, as well as suggest areas that can be modified to achieve the highest independence and safety at home. Practical solutions such as safety products/DME and other equipment will be recommended as well as home modifications.
